With prices at about the same level, or lower in some cases than in previous years, the market looks great for the consumer right now.
Maintenance
Another positive for prefab steel buildings over other types is the issue of maintenance. Modern steel buildings require very little of it, especially when compared to their wooden or composite counterparts. No regular painting an resealing is required.
